Abstract

Aclara la confusión entre investigación periodística, periodismo investigativo e investigación de o para la comunicación. Explica sobre las tres escuelas o corrientes del periodismo investigativo: Periodismo de profundidad, Nuevo Periodismo y Periodismo investigativo. Confirma que el periodismo de investigación se caracteriza por la forma de obtener información, antes que por la forma de presentarla, como no hay presión por la hora de cierre se puede lograr un trabajo depurado. Detalla las etapas de la investigación enmarca las dificultades del periodismo de investigación.
