Un estudio de base detecta una paradoja: el ciudadano medio de Puerto Rico valora tenazmente su cultura y su idioma y; simultáneamente considera la independencia imposible y negativa para el bienestar del pueblo. Muchos portorriqueños desean asimilarse a Estados Unidos como el Estado 51 pero al mismo tiempo preservar su identidad cultural.Downloads
