Abstract

El inmenso poder que tienen los medios de comunicación junto a publicistas y anunciantes, poder que estructurado de tal modo que es capaz de paralizar y enterrar una reforma constitucional. La existencia de un servicio público de radio y televisión de carácter no gubernamental es todo un desafío. En la actualidad Pasquali ha arremetido contra el Presidente Hugo Chávez acusando a su gobierno del uso omnipresente de los "medios presidenciales"" y más acusaciones desde la oposición."
