Abstract

Este artículo presenta recomendaciones y responde a algunas interrogantes sobre la instalación de una radio comunitaria FM de baja potencia, pero de amplias posibilidades educativas y de servicio. La Coordinadora Nacional de Radio del Perú construye transmisores que se adecuan a las necesidades de diferentes sectores de la población.
