The 161st call for papers of Revista Chasqui, presents works that explore the diverse narratives and imaginaries surrounding the Pan-Amazon region, from its plurality. The contributions presented in this thematic issue aim to answer the question: How do extractivism, urbanization, and debates on sustainability reconfigure territories, subjectivities, conflicts, and ways of inhabiting the region?
