Abstract

La relación entre gobernantes y medios de comunicación no siempre es fácil. El gobierno boliviano dice que hay una conjura contra su revolución democrática. La presencia de sectores de poder económico y los partidos políticos son los que hacen la oposición mediante ataques sistemáticos. Por ello el gobierno quiere fortalecer los medios estatales para la difusión de sus reformas.
