Abstract

Hoy en día, resulta imposible comprender la comunicación, e incluso referirse  a  esta,  sin  cruzarla  con  la  tecnología  y  sus  aplicaciones.  No  se  trata  ni  de  una moda ni de que la tecnología abarque a un sector o a un actor social específico.
La  tecnología  se  ha  convertido  en  una  dimensión  fundamental  de  la  política, atraviesa las relaciones sociales en su conjunto, se introduce en la vida cotidiana de las personas, modifica las maneras de informarse y de orientarse en el mundo de cada vez más personas y conglomerados.
