Abstract

Dossier Comunicación y Drogas. Al evaluar tres de los informes relevantes de los "think-tanks"" conservadores respecto a las drogas en América Latina, las conclusiones son inquietantes. Los documentos del Center for Strategic and International Studies, de la Heritage Foundation y del Comité Santa Fe I comparten un criterio básico: La militarización de la lucha anti-narcótlcos: Las recomendaciones que emanan de estos trabajos son claras: Construir fuerzas anti-droqas de carácter multilateral, incrementar la asistencia militar para combatir el narcotráfico y reforzar las acciones represivas contra el ""narco-terrorisrno"" y las ""narcoquerrillas."
