Abstract

La radio puede ser el espacio privilegiado para una participación desde múltiples ángulos. Fundamentalmente en cuanto hace parte de un proyecto local o regional para construir identidades por gestar autonomías políticas. "Miro con gran ilusión el fenómeno de la radio popular, Me conmueve, dice el autor su enorme fragilidad, pero me consuela saber que, paradójicamente en su fragilidad radica su fuerza y su elasticidad""."
