Abstract

La política siempre estuvo ligada al espectáculo, la pompa y el teatro. La antigua oratoria imperial, eclesiástica y solemne; los debates cargados de ironías en asambleas y parlamentos; y los actuales espectáculos políticos televisados difieren más en la forma y el alcance (curiosamente más democrático) que en su ausencia comunicacional. El autor piensa, que hay mucho de siniestro y peligroso en la trivialización del camino al poder cuando lo que está en juego parece ser la vida misma.
