Abstract

Entrevista a Fausto Izcaray para conocer la opinión de un investigador latinoamericano que habiendo realizado sus estudios en un país del Norte trabaja y aplica sus experiencias en una nación del Sur y por consiguiente tiene una óptica muy particular de mirar este desarrollo de las nuevas tecnologías u las ventajas y desventajas de su utilización en nuestro continente.
