Abstract

El sistema político mexicano se ha caracterizado por la difícil relación que mantiene con los medios de comunicación. Cada gobierno de turno busca limitar la crítica a sus acciones pero también busca influir en la opinión pública para utilizar los medios como instrumento para trascender y asegurar en este caso la siguiente elección a su favor. En esta relación de uso-beneficio los medios se erigen como grupos de presión y, al tiempo que aceptan ciertas limitaciones a la crítica, ejercen su derecho de cobrar por los favores hechos al sistema
