Abstract

La radio en América Latina y el Caribe, Mapa interactivo, es una construcción colectiva realizada en 19 países y se terminó de escribir en el mes de abril del año 2012. El estudio consta de un Mapa interactivo y un informe en PDF que describe la forma como son llamadas las radios en la región, su número en AM y FM, la distribución de frecuencias y los organismos encargados de regular las mismas en los países participantes. Cada una de las tablas y gráficas citadas permite visualizar la realidad actual del dial latinoamericano y caribeño. Al final del presente texto se comparte la mirada de los 19 autores del estudio sobre las principales necesidades que en sus pueblos tienen las estaciones de radio.
